AI Collective community and team values

The AI Collective is a non-profit that hosts events. It doesn't totally make sense to me, but they seem to enjoy doing what they do, and the events can be fun.

They have two lists of values, or maybe one list with two parts. One is for the "community," which I think means anyone who comes to their events. The other is for the "team," which seems to be the staff and organizers—the people running the AI Collective. It's an interesting divide, somewhat like the divide between management and non-management, or capital and labor.
